Definition
Apricot nectars consist of the juice and puree from Apricots (Prunus armeniaca). An apricot nectars consist of 40-60% fruit diluted with water, either pressed or from concentrate.

- added sugar;
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid (E300)) - also as preservative;
- citric acid (E330);

Apricot juices have few labels, the most popular is:

The nutritional values of apricot juices are:
- energy: 188-255 kJ/100ml
- fat/saturated fat: < 0.5%
- carbohydrates: 11-14.6%
- sugar: 10-14.1%
