12/07/2013 - new extensions for the wiki

As suggested by Teolemon and others, this wiki now use the Echo notifications extension, the Thanks extension (look for edit in "View history" next to editors names), and the WikiEditor and CodeEditor extensions. --Stephane (talk) 15:52, 7 December 2013 (CET)
