Use the social networks to promote direct app install, on a regular basis
Regular posts about products being currently advertised, and a fact check against their OFF page.
Post links to items breaking the news, and possibly the relevant OFF page
Monitor relevant keywords on Google Alerts and Twitter and Facebook and Google+ hashtags

Use a pad to write social media messages and blog posts and translate them to all target languages
Use a system (command line or anything) to post to all social networks in all languages at the same time or at appropriate times (eg China, US)
Sync Facebook and Twitter so that Twitter posts get posted to Facebook
